About me and my therapy practice

Are you going through a difficult time or struggling to cope? Do you need some support?  Have you reached a point in your personal or professional life where you need some support?

Based in Norton, with over 16 years’ experience, I am a professionally accredited and registered counsellor supporting individuals dealing with life’s challenges.

I can help people over the age of 16 years, who may be experiencing issues including; anxiety, depression, bereavement, rape, childhood sexual abuse or low self esteem by working together to help them find answers or solutions to their problems with no judgement or advice.

I believe that every person is unique and therefore may need different things from therapy.  As a pluralistic counsellor, I therefore integrate several approaches such as CBT, TA, Short-term  Solution Focussed Therapy attachment theories to fit the therapy to your individual needs.  My practice is deeply rooted in Humanistic and Person-Centred values.

If you would like to find out more I offer a free introductory telephone conversation in which you can ask any questions you may have and I can understand your needs.

If you decide that you would like to work with me we can arrange then your first appointment which will last about 60 minutes and can be either face to face in person or online via Zoom.

If you think I can help, please contact me.
