About me and my therapy practice
My supervision practice comes from a humanistic base using a combination of the Integrative and the Seven Eyed Models of supervison. I provide a collaborative approach with a balance between support and challenge.
I firmly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and that collaboration, alongside a balance of support and challenge, promotes transparency and trust in which the supervisee can develop their skills and grow as a counsellor.
Practice descriptionI am a qualified supervisor with over 15 years experience of individual and group supervision, working with both qualified and student counsellors.
With a background that includes the voluntary sector, education, training, EAP, bereavement, abuse and GP practice, I support counsellors with a wide range of client issues in short and long term work.
