I'm Jim Dickson and I work as a Person-Centred Counsellor based in Edinburgh.

I believe that there are times in most peoples’ lives when we feel in emotional turmoil, are searching for understanding or a solution to the difficulties we may be experiencing.

At these times counselling can help. Help you to find the time and the space to look inward, giving you the strength to resolve issues that may be causing you pain and to allow you to develop your self awareness.
