About me and my therapy practice

I have been a practising counsellor for over 20 years. I adopt a holistic approach to therapy which means that although someone may experience distress around issues as bereavement, stress, anger, depression or difficulty in a relationship, the reality is that the consequences will be felt in other ways too. The solution may therefore include looking at wider aspects of a person's health, well being and lifestyle. Simple changes can make an enormous difference. My premises are 4.1 miles from the centre of Solihull.
