About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor working in private practice in Fulham. Depending on the needs of the client we either work short term or long term work where it is possible to reevaluate as we work unfolds.
It is important to have a strong working relationship with the client where they feel safe and supported and can work towards exploring their issues.
After Covid-19 you may feel a little isolated but do make that call it is the first step to the possibility of change.
I work in private practice in Fulham having had nearly 20 years of experience in the profession. All sessions are strictly confidential and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework.
My first session
The initial session may sound a little bit like a Q&A and you are probably sick of telling your story yet again. it is important to get a sense from yourself as to what is troubling them and why they have decided at this time to take the step of speaking to a counsellor.
The session is no longer than an hour and there is plenty of opportunity too ask about how I work and what you might expect going forward.
We will discuss the Confidentiality Agreement and Contract of how we will work together.
