About me and my therapy practice

Being a young adult and parenting young people is complex and sometimes some help is beneficial. Counselling is confidential support to offload, get perspective and gain the tools to find your way.

Helen at Branch Counselling has over 15 years experience supporting teenagers, young adults and families. I tailor therapy to the individual and has an expansive tool box including creative interventions, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative work as well as many others. All clients are encouraged to make their own choices about therapy. Helping you, find you.

About me and my therapy practice

Supervision supports high standards and ethical guidelines, promotes quality and skills, advances learning, stimulates creativity, and support the sustainability and resilience of the work being undertaken. I am happy to talk with anyone who is interested to discuss models and practice and well as personality as I know the right match is important.

My background is predominantly supporting young adults and families, mixing CBT, creative, play and narrative therapy. This has been in inner city schools and in private practice.
