About me and my therapy practice
I have worked therapeutically as a complementary therapist with adults and young people for the past 13 years, working with a wide range of health conditions and concerns. I am trained as a Person-Centred counsellor which means that I place a high degree of importance on whatever is important to you. It also means that it's really important to me to offer you a really warm and supportive relationship in which you'll feel safe enough to explore whatever issue(s) you'd like to. I'm happy to work short term (minimum of 4 sessions) or longer-term (open-ended) - whatever feels best for you.
I have studied mindfulness and compassion at university level for 7 years, and can help you to explore your issue(s) somatically if you wish, but recognise that this approach is not for everyone.
