About me and my therapy practice

I provide a safe, confidential and professional setting for you to explore the issues or concerns you have about your life and circumstances. I will provide the room that you need to find solutions and answers to your heart, mind and soul. We will do this through a range of therapeutic techniques with your expressed input and guidance. As a qualified Person-Centred Therapist I am interested in helping you to work through the unknown into the known exploring your truth and understanding of life.

Practice description

I work with you and only you, I give you the time to explore those issues that have 'nagged' at you for ages and now you have taken that first step to heal. That is what I hope we will do together, walk, journey, heal. If you have ever experienced sexual abuse in your childhood and maybe its only come into your awareness now, we can explore that. If you feel you have struggled to reconcile your sexuality with your family and/or your faith and would like to explore that it in a safe and confidential

My first session

An initial 30 min conversation is provided free and then an arranged 50min sessions are chargeable weekly
