About me and my therapy practice

I'm an experienced, qualified integrative counsellor and accredited member of the BACP.

I offer a non judgemental, confidential space allowing you to explore your issues so they become more manageable. Working together allows a better understanding of the problem which in turn can lead to developing coping strategies and techniques, not only reducing stress but building inner resource bringing about change.
