About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified counsellor and therapist based just a short walk from Watford Town Centre. I work both face-to-face and online via Zoom with individuals experiencing many different challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, questions around identity, issues with confidence and self-esteem, feelings of hopelessness or struggles finding meaning and direction, and everything in-between.
I welcome clients of every gender, sexuality, ethnicity, race, religion, background and disability.
My role is not to provide a diagnosis or to tell you what to do, but to help you to re-connect with your own feelings, experiences, desires and intuition so you are able find your own way forwards. In order to do this I will ask you to bring whatever feels most present for you at any given moment, in terms of your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations, and together we will explore from there.
