About me and my therapy practice
With a gentle and compassionate approach, I provide confidential and skilled counselling support from which you will gain fresh perspective, clarity and make positive change. Counselling is a talking therapy which provides you with a safe space to feel heard, understood and supported. Sessions can be held face to face (with covid risk measures in place) or via Zoom video calling.
HOW CAN I HELP
My aim is to support you in exploring, challenging and overcoming your issues and achieving positive change - however that might look for you. I work with low mood, anxiety, grief, relationship and family issues. As an integrative therapist I use a blend of theory and skill to suit your needs.
It is important to find a counsellor you connect with. I offer a free telephone consultation to see if we are a good ‘fit’. Making time for counselling can be hard and so I also offer lunchtime and weekend appointments to try to accommodate busy lives. If you're not sure whether counselling is for you, a telephone consultation is a great way to find out.
