Getting the most out of life is hard to achieve when you're feeling down and overwhelmed.  You may feel that you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, leaving you confused, unmotivated and not recognising yourself - you find yourself just going through the motions and silently trying to cope.  That’s where I can help.  With a gentle and compassionate approach, I provide confidential and skilled counselling support from which you will gain fresh perspective, clarity, make positive changes & adopt coping strategies.
