About me and my therapy practice

I like to work at your pace and with the issues that you will bring into the counselling session. The space is for you to explore issues that are causing you concern and possibly gain an understanding of where these concerns have come from. Processing events in a neutral space is quite different from discussing things with friends and family.

Practice description

I work in a non judgemental way and I am not directive. Working to help people re look at issues that have created blocks, possibly reframing negative thoughts.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to start a therapeutic relationship and possibly achieve an understanding of what you are looking for from the sessions. This is not cast in stone but a good place to begin the process.
