About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained integrated counsellor, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Person Centred, Psychodynamic as well as elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Practice description
I have a vast experience of supporting both young adults, and adults of all ages. I have worked with people suffering a wide range of issues such as abuse, drink and drug addiction, relationships issues, bereavement as well as anxiety and depression.
My first session
I will have an initial session with you and together we can decide if we can work together. It is important you feel comfortable with me as we have to trust each other.
