About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Counsellor in both short and long term work and have been involved in Mental Health work for over 30 years.

I am based in Aberdour, Fife and work with individuals, couples and groups.

Taking the first step to get support to work on the issues holding you back from the fulfilling life you deserve takes courage and the right person.
