About me and my therapy practice
I practice in Mill Rd, Cambridge. My core approach is psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means working on inner and outer dynamics and exploring the source of your struggles. I also supplement my work with other approaches such as CBT, TA, psychosexual therapy, Gestalt or existential therapy, each of those is oriented to help you cope on a daily basis, understand your behavior, overcome sexual difficulties, get a clearer perspective of your life at the moment, or explore your perception of the world and of yourself. It is up to you whether our work will be oriented on solving a specific issue you are troubled by or will be a deeper and more thorough work in understanding your inner world. Integrating psychotherapy approaches and choosing the most suitable techniques for you, I adapt them to your needs.
Practice descriptionYou will be provided with a warm and non-judgemental environment allowing you to express your thoughts aloud and find the right answers. I offer long-term individual psychotherapy and short-term counselling both online and face-to-face. We will discuss the duration during the initial consultation.
