About me and my therapy practice
I practice in Mill Rd, Cambridge. My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means working on inner and outer dynamics and exploring the source of your struggles, and CBT, which is oriented to help you cope on a daily basis. It is up to you whether our work will be oriented on solving a specific issue you are troubled by or will be a deeper and more thorough work in understanding your inner world. Integrating psychotherapy approaches and choosing the most suitable techniques for you, I adapt them to your needs.
You will be provided with a warm and non-judgemental environment allowing you to express your thoughts aloud and find the right answers. I offer long-term individual psychotherapy and short-term counselling (online or face-to-face), we will discuss the duration during the initial consultation.
If you are unsure whether psychotherapy is right for you or not, or you have an idea that you would like to explore, the initial appointment is a great opportunity to talk it over and has no obligation to commit. It can be booked on my website with just a few clicks.
