About me and my therapy practice
I adopt a contemporary psychodynamic and existential approach. Existential therapy explores your sense of agency in the world, enabling you to make your own decisions and choices. Contemporary psychodynamic approach explores the relationships you have formed in your life, both past and present. Enabling you to think more deeply about your internal world and how these relationships may shape the way you think and feel now.
I am a registered member of BACP and hold an MA in Psychotherapy (Regents University of London) and a Diploma in Child Psychotherapy (CPCAB). I have worked with both adults and children, within the NHS, private and charity sectors.
I am engaged in ongoing research and continuing professional development to make sure I keep up to date with new developments within psychotherapy. I also aim to ensure that my practice affords the best-informed care possible.
Please send me an email to arrange a convenient time to talk more about booking an initial assessment.
