About me and my therapy practice

I am Relate trained, qualified to work with adults, young people and children, individuals, couples and families. I have a wealth of experience in many different areas including; abusive relationships, relationship and family breakdown, effects of separation and divorce on adults and children, parenting post separation and working with adoptive families.

I try to be as flexible as possible with appointment times and frequency of consultations. I offer face to face, telephone and online appointments.

I can offer therapeutic small group work and write bespoke courses for small groups.

Practice description

I have systemic, psychodynamic and CBT training. I can work creatively and can offer therapeutic play techniques to younger clients.
