About me and my therapy practice
Covid-19 update: with the proposed easing of lockdown restrictions on the 12th of April I will once again be offering face-to-face sessions. Sessions by Skype or Zoom (or other video calling platforms) or telephone will, of course, also be available.
Thank you for reading my profile. Counselling is a way for you to address issues or problems you might be experiencing, including depression, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, issues with relationships, etc.
I work in an integrative manner, which means I draw from a number of approaches to find what works best for you, having been trained in person centred approach, CBT and attachment theory.
I have experience providing counselling in the NHS and for a national charity. I also provide counselling services for a university and a local council. My qualifications include an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
