About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Registered Counsellor offering short and long term therapy.
Sessions are available on Mondays and Tuesdays. The cost of a session from 10am is £45 . I work on a one-to one basis with adults.
There are times in all of our lives when we may feel overwhelmed and need to talk. Sometimes it’s difficult to find someone who will listen without judging or telling us what to do - I offer the space for you to explore what is going on for you, from different perspectives, and in your own time. I work collaboratively with clients who face a wide range of challenges - often experiencing anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
I’m qualified to work integratively, which means considering how what has happened in the past may be affecting what is happening now. I have trained in, and have extensive experience of, loss and bereavement counselling. I am also qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Please contact me through this site's email.
