About me and my therapy practice

I have over 25 years experience of working with individuals and couples. My approach is integrative and recognises a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimension and I consider all those in my work. When appropriate and with consent, I use hypnosis to explore deep emotional issues which at times keep a person stuck in some past difficulties.
