About me and my therapy practice

I feel the relationship between myself and my client is the most important element in therapy. Conveying genuine care and understanding facilitates a client to trust the counselling process and make progress.

I am person centred in my approach but also use brief focused solution therapy and motivational interviewing techniques when it will be helpful.
