I offer sessions Mondays and Thursdays, afternoons and early evenings.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore whatever is troubling you.

I have 12 years post-qualifying experience as a therapist, working with children, young people and adults in various settings, including: Schools (primary & secondary), College, University, GP surgeries, other counselling/support agencies, Private Practice.

Sessions are available in Morley (LS27).

I offer several means of carrying out sessions:

Face to face (indoors in my therapy room)
Outdoor (sitting/walking in a local park)
Online (using the Zoom platform)
Telephone counselling

Fees: £35 for the initial session. Subsequent sessions are £50.
