About me and my therapy practice

I recognise that it can feel difficult to know if counselling is right for you, right now. You may be feeling nervous about beginning therapy or unsure of how counselling could help you. To alleviate some of this uncertainty, I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation; this gives you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about counselling as well as an opportunity for us both to talk about how we could work together.

By booking a free, friendly telephone consultation, it gives us the chance to build a rapport, and helps in supporting you to explore your options in counselling.

£50 per session - Face to Face, Telephone and Online

£40 per session for Student Counsellors

As a Integrative practitioner, I incorporate techniques and understandings from a range of therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This enables me to provide counselling that is appropriate to you and your individual needs.
