About me and my therapy practice

Does a relationship in your life cause you pain?

Are you feeling stuck and unsure what to do?

It could be that things are difficult with your partner or ex, parent or caregiver, colleague or friend. Maybe it's the relationship you have with yourself that gets you down. Relationships can be sources of love, support and nourishment but might also cause you to feel anxious, confused, and in turmoil.

If this is your experience, we can work through these feelings together. I strongly believe everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard and I've seen how life changing having a safe space to talk things through without judgment can be.

Practice description

I will hold a safe, confidential space for you where we will explore your experiences at your own pace, discovering ways forwards that make sense to you. We will tailor your therapy sessions around what you find helpful.

I see your uniqueness, and diverse identities and experiences as aspects of you to celebrate and cherish, offering LGBTQIA+ affirmative, anti-racist, anti-oppressive relationships to my clients.

I welcome adult clients (18+) to my in person practice in Chiswick (and Clapham), and to remote therapy sessions across the UK through secure online platforms and telephone.

There's a lot more information on my website if you'd like to find out more!

If what you've read resonates with you, do get in touch with me - I'll be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you have.
