About me and my therapy practice
I provide a personally tailored counselling service in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, according to the client's individual needs which will allow them to explore any thoughts and feelings that are causing difficulty at that time.
I have worked in Mental Health since 2004 and have experience of working with client’s with complex trauma. As part of my training I have had experience working in the sexual health sector and with Flying Start, a Welsh Government programme for families with children under 4 years of age living in disadvantaged areas of Wales.
I completed a Level 6 course in CBT with the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and Graduated from the University of South Wales in 2018 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy which is a BACP accredited course.
