About me and my therapy practice
Hello. My passion and purpose is helping individuals reconnect to themselves and their true purpose. The way I accomplish this is by supporting and nurturing people as they re-learn how to access their inner strengths and wisdom.
I help people find meaning and fulfilment in life and connect to their true purpose. When you are deeply connected to yourself, you feel more aligned, authentic and alive.
My approach to counselling is integrated, meaning that I can work with a combination of theories. Person Centred Therapy underpins all of my work, especially when working on an emotional level with my clients. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques and other Humanistic Based Therapies. I practice both short and long term counselling, regularly review goals along the way, often with short term work I have found that Solution Based Theory is most beneficial.
I provide an accepting environment where you can talk about yourself and express your worries and concerns. Together we will explore, identify and start to understand the possible causes of your difficulties. We will begin to make sense of what’s going on in your life and start to develop ways of thinking and behaving to enable you to live your life more fully.
I am committed to creating an open and trusting relationship with you, in order to help you break free from different limitations. My aim is to assist you achieve your goals, explore different options, resolve past issues, enable resolution and progress forward with confidence.
