About me and my therapy practice

Hi my name is Helen, I am passionate about counselling and the positive changes it can bring to your life. Together we can explore difficulties and challenges you may be experiencing in a safe, supportive, confidential, non-judgemental way.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My training as an integrative counsellor allows me to access different interventions which can be tailored to benefit and support each individual and unique client.

Sharing your thoughts and feelings can be the first step. If you feel someone to listen and support could benefit you, then please contact me. My aim is to help you gain emotional strength and a greater sense of self to help affect change in your life.
