About me and my therapy practice
Counselling for personal fulfilment in relationships, work and life
I work with couples, individuals and families who are experiencing difficulties with their relationships, work related problems, separation and loss, low self worth, bereavement and family related issues. I am currently working with couples and families at Relate, The Wimbledon Guild and have completed family therapy training at Springfield University Hospital. I also have experience with employee assisted counselling and supervision experience. My private practice is an extension of this work.
I have small therapy rooms in central Richmond, where I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore with my clients any difficulties that they are facing.
I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties and families who have a loved one suffering from an Eating Disorder.
I have recently completed my Family Therapy training at South West London & St George's Mental Heath Trust.
