I offer confidential supervision for therapists and other professionals. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to discuss and explore issues relating to your work and help you to provide best practice. I hope to support you in your professional and personal development.

Creative/art approaches are also available as another way to explore and potentially gain more insight.

I have been in counselling practice since 1999 and provided supervision since 2005. My practice as a supervisor and therapist is influenced by a person-centred philosophy and I bring my extensive experience of working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and settings. I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP and work to their code of practice.

Supervision sessions from £50 per hour.

I am a highly experienced BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor and Reiki Master based in Manchester. Prompt appointments are usually available.

I offer confidential counselling for many issues and work with adults, young people and small groups. My aim is to help you to explore your concerns and to find ways forward that are right for you.

You may be considering counselling because an issue could be causing distress, or you feel a need to deal with something that has been going on for some time. Whatever your concern and level of distress, you may find counselling helpful.

My counselling approach

My counselling approach is person-centred. This is based on a fundamental belief that people can heal in a favourable environment, provided through a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Sessions usually last 1 hour and can be arranged according to your requirements.

Discount available for block booked sessions, low income, NHS workers.

In our first session, we would start with discussing how we might work together and what you wish to explore.
After this, the space is yours to start wherever you wish to start. If you are not sure where or how to start or find it difficult then I'll try to help you.
There is no set way of 'doing' therapy - I aim to offer a safe and supportive environment, where the process is co-created and evolves between us, in a way that is right for you.
