About me and my therapy practice
Do you need help with your anxiety, anger or stress? Are you struggling with a bereavement, depression or having relationship difficulties? I help individuals and couples with these challenges.
I truly believe that everyone can benefit from counselling, and I am passionate about helping you understand and to work-through your challenges and difficulties, both past and present.
I have experienced positive changes through counselling myself, and now witness similar changes with clients as they process their emotions and become more aware of their true thoughts and feelings.
We have within us an innate capacity for personal growth and transformation.
Sometimes though, life gets too much for us; we feel overwhelmed by our emotions and we can’t think straight.
That’s where counselling can help.
Counselling can help us make sense of it all: see things more clearly, and become more at ease with the way we feel.
Gradually, we may learn to accept ourselves more fully, accept things that we can’t change, and change the things we can.
I offer both short and longer-term counselling. I am happy to be referred by local companies, health care services and employment assistance programmes.
