About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with issues relating to trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life changes? There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of the life challenges. I am a qualified psychotherapist, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self- discovery.
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I am here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with challenge.
Perhaps you are down or anxious- maybe you are unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel you aren’t living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self- discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioural transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you I get back on track.
