About me and my therapy practice
- Do you feel you are never good enough or have you lost your self-worth?
- Are you a people pleaser and always put others first?
- Are you an ADHDer or think you might be?
- Do you want to regard ADHD with compassion and acceptance?
ABOUT ME
I started my own therapy as I was fed up feeling depressed and not good enough, I wanted something to change. Sitting with a therapist who I learned to trust and who really listened with empathy and compassion was so powerful for me. I was able to accept all the parts of myself and realise I was actually OK.
"My drive to become a therapist has always been to give my clients the amazing and life changing experience I had in my own therapy."
