About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am a qualified counsellor based in Eastbourne (right by the station).

I offer a warm, respectful relationship where we can look together at what is concerning you. I aim to listen and explore alongside you, supporting you to feel heard, become more self-aware and make your own decisions.

How can counselling help?

  • Counselling can provide you with a confidential space to talk about issues you may not normally feel able to discuss
  • It can help you to become more self-aware, for example of your feelings, the way you see the world, your choices and your relationships with others
  • It can help you to come to terms with different aspects of your life, see things from another perspective or try out new ways of behaving

For more information about me and my counselling approach please visit my website: www.alisonbriggscounselling.co.uk

How to get in touch

Please contact me by phone or email with any questions and to see if there is a regular day and time we can both make.

We can then arrange a reduced rate first meeting to get a feel for what it is like to work together and decide if we are happy to go ahead.

I look forward to hearing from you.
