About me and my therapy practice

When you are struggling with a problem or difficult situation it can be helpful to take time out of your everyday life to talk to someone about it. Please get in touch however small you feel the issue is.

I am a qualified counsellor offering 1:1 counselling to adults.  I am currently working both face-to-face and online.

What I offer

  • I offer a warm, non-judgemental relationship where we can  look together at what is concerning you.
  • My humanistic approach values working alongside you rather than telling you what to do or who to be.
  • I aim to listen and explore with you, supporting you to feel heard, become more self-aware and make your own decisions.

My areas of interest

I have experience of working with clients facing a wide range of difficulties and have a particular interest in the feelings of loneliness we can experience at different stages of our lives.

How to get in touch

Please contact me by phone or email with any questions and to see if there is a regular day and time we can both make.

We can then arrange a reduced rate first meeting to get a feel for what it is like to work together and decide if we are happy to go ahead.

I look forward to hearing from you.

What I can help with

Types of therapy
