I work compassionately and empathically with both students and qualified therapists in a pluralistic / integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I particularly specialise in areas such as trauma and PTSD, abuse, chronic illness, bereavement, loss, palliative care / end of life issues, life purpose and spirituality, but also depression, anxiety, eating disorders and disability issues.

I currently offer supervision to qualified counsellors and students in Hampshire & Sussex, and individual supervision, face to face in my therapy workspace, from my home in Bedhampton, Havant (Hampshire) and on Zoom.

About me and my therapy practice

"Embracing transformation of self within the process of healing, allows us to move through our pain and suffering into a place of hope, acceptance and peace. This powerful journey that is always within our reach, encourages us to seek our own truth, meaning and authenticity. In turn this can bring deep existential, spiritual and holistic awareness of the life we are living and the person that we need to find peace and make ourselves whole."
