About me and my therapy practice
Based in the heart of the Lake District I have been working with clients since 2018 in the public sector through supportive charity's and the NHS. I'm experienced working with a range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement and trauma. I have a keen interest in medical trauma and eating disorders.
Practice description
I use an integravtive relational approach to counselling that will help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual goals. I adapt my approach to cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential.
Drawing on theory and interventions from Person Centered counselling, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and CBT to name a few, I work to each clients needs without a blanket approach to my work.
