About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor trained in the Person Centred Approach, encouraging and promoting a healthy, positive change in every day life through self exploration.

Being Person Centred trained my focus will be solely on you. I will endeavour to provide a space where you feel comfortable to dive into your story, to lay it all out on the floor and together we can work to make sense of the difficult.

I work with adults and young people, short and long term, and my aim is that through our work together you will begin to understand yourself on a deeper level, accepting yourself along the way.

Whilst my original training is person centred, since qualifying I have undertaken various other trainings particularly in working with men, working with trauma from early childhood, working with attachment styles in relationships.

Hopefully something here has spoken to you and I look forward to hearing from you
