About me and my therapy practice
Do you need a space and time to talk?
I can work in a short time-limited mode or one that is more flexible and determined in terms of length or frequency by my clients needs. I am Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellbeing.
Being an HCPC registered practitioner of Sport and Exercise Psychology allows me to include those who have matters of sports performance to explore, such as anxiety, recover from injury and career transition from sport.
I am also able to work alongside those who wish to become more active in daily life.
My practice is underpinned by the person-centred approach and I am qualified to level 2 in emotion-focused therapy.
