About me and my therapy practice
Life is an adventure you can not be lost. Only exploring a new path, is the strength you feel tomorrow for going forward.
This is my integrative therapy.
I specialise in substance misuse, mental health illness and Domestic violence. I use various approaches, which use different skills and techniques depending on your reasons which are unique to you for seeking counselling now and what you are hoping to gain through your journey of therapy. I place emphasis on a safe, non-judgemental, empathic and collaborative therapeutic relationship, tailoring my approach to your unique experience, where you can communicate freely.
I am also a certified on-line and telephone counsellor, which allows you to have the space that works for you. I am a member of ACTO, BABCP, and BAATN.
I offer a reduce fee of £35 for an initial appointment with no obligation for further sessions. It is also an opportunity for you to find out about the way I work and if you feel I am the right or suitable counsellor/psychotherapist for you. I believe it is important to find the right therapist for your unique mental well being and needs. It is a journey with rewarding outcome achievements through your autonomy to experience positive changes.
