About me and my therapy practice
I hold an MSc in Counselling and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Birkbeck University of London. I work both in the NHS and in private practice . In my private practice I offer open ended therapy in which I offer a safe and containing space for the client to explore the issues that have brought them to seek counselling.
During the current Covid 19 crisis I am working remotely with clients via Zoom, Skype and telephone. I hope to resume seeing clients face to face when it is safe to do so.
My first session
All clients who contact me are offered an assessment session which can take up to one hour thirty minutes whihc gives both the client and myself the opportunity to explore whether they feel I can help them with their issues and give them a sense of how we will work together.
