I offer space for you to explore with me issues that you may be struggling with or which may be preventing you from living your life as fully as you would like. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and do not know where to turn? I will invite you to bring your feelings, thoughts and concerns so that we can work collaboratively to understand better what is happening in your life today and perhaps how previous events and patterns may be affecting you. I will neither judge nor direct you but will offer a relationship with empathy and active engagement.

At our intital appointment we can discuss your hopes and expectations and also whether it is appropriate for us to work for a fixed number of sessions or in a more open-ended manner.

I practice from premises in Knebworth and Letchworth in Hertfordshire and will offer appointments based on your convenience and our mutual availability.
