About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in helping people with anxiety, bereavement and trauma/abuse. I used to be an NHS Paramedic, and have had a wide variety of life experiences which help me as a counsellor.
Everything we talk about is confidential, and non-judgemental.
Your enquiry will be treated in strict confidence. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
- BA(hon) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy,
- Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
- I observe to the BACP Ethical Framework.
- I have completed the Bereavement Counselling Service training (complex grief) and continue to volunteer for them.
- Fully trained and qualified in Online counselling (includes telephone counselling)
Sometimes it can be difficult to see a counsellor so I offer video counselling using Zoom.
I offer individual sessions and also a discounted 'bulk' session option.
My first session
Free 30 minute initial consultation so that you can decide if I am the right person to help you. Making the first move is often the most difficult thing to do...
I often find that clients are quite nervous on their first session - don't worry! Usually, you will feel better after the first session because it is 'out of the way'. We can then get on with working on your problems...
