About me and my therapy practice
We all experience difficult times, emotions and relationships at some stage in our lives. You are not alone. In choosing to look for support you have taken your first positive step towards feeling well.
As a fully qualified, experienced and BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist I provide caring, professional, yet down to earth support which is confidential and non-judgemental in a safe, warm environment. This space can help you to understand and work through problems and issues which are troubling you. This can bring healing through, together, developing self-awareness, self-acceptance which aids growth and leads to change.
My work is grounded in the humanistic and integrative approach and is both powerful and transformative, which reflects my belief that we all have within us the resources and ablity to become more fully ourselves and realise our unique potential.
