About me and my therapy practice
I aim to offer a warm, caring and safe space in which to explore the issues causing you stress and distress. Working together we will identify goals and develop strategies to reduce the barriers in your life. All work is confidential and based upon the ethical principles set out by the BACP. I adhere to their code of conduct. I receive regular supervision and undertake professional training to ensure the best outcome for my clients. I have extensive experience in areas including; bereavement, loss, guilt, anger, anxiety and depression, also, self harm, suicide, cancer miscarriage and termination as well as relationship and work issues and redundancy. I have worked for the IAPTs service in Coventry as well as in bereavement counselling in Solihull.
My hours of work are Monday to Wednesday 10am to 7pm. I do not work Thursday and Friday.
My premises are at B92, however I do not have disabled access but offer home visits. Please feel free to contact me for further information whether by phone or email, or to make an appointment. My office is close to Olton station, its bus stops and the Warwick Road.
