About me and my therapy practice

I have been a counsellor for 20 years. I find that most problems relate to loss - loss as in bereavement, health, abuse, work, family, home, status, control, emotions, etc. I can offer support while you face your issues and help you look forward to a more confident and peaceful future.

Practice description

I work privately in my own home and assure you of confidentiality. I like to make you comfortable and reassured. Counselling sessions are by mutual agreement regarding day, time and number of sessions. Also to be aware of your individual needs and work as meets them.

My first session

There are no special assessments on first meeting. My concern is for you to bring what you are concerned about and to agree how to go forward from there.
