About me and my therapy practice
I believe that looking inwards and asking yourself some important questions is one of the most difficult and crucial things in life. When you are ready to make that step and you feel that you want to implement change in order to deal with emotional, social or behavioral difficulties you might be experiencing – I will aim to provide you with a confidential, safe and a non-judgmental space. By building a supportive therapeutic relationship we can together work through the difficulties that you are facing.
I am a warm and approachable person and people feel at ease when meeting me. I am frequently told by clients that they feel truly listened to and supported when working with me. I have experience of working with young people and adults at an educational setting.
I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all relationship. My approach is Integrative which means that I incorporate a blend of tools and techniques to suit your individual needs.
My first session
Because choosing the right therapist may feel as a daunting task, I offer a free 30 minute online (via Zoom) or telephone consultation to allow you to make a well informed choice.
