About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor working 1 to 1 with adults and young people in Chiswick.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space in which to explore the challenges, difficulties and experiences that are bringing you to counselling.
I believe that in working collaboratively to identify unhelpful patterns and habits we can effect positive change for growth and fulfilment. You may be feeling overwhelmed, sad or stuck in which case counselling can provide a quiet oasis for reflection and healing.
Counselling is a time for you and I see my role as a supportive and empathic companion on your journey.
In my work with charities and in private practice I have experience of working with:
bereavement and loss
trauma & PTSD
