About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (working with the approaches of Cognitive behaviour therapy, Person Centred and Psychodynamic theory). I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to counselling as every client is unique and distinctive. I believe in tailoring therapy to my clients and not my clients to therapy, with the aim of promoting healing, wholeness and wellbeing.
