About me and my therapy practice

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. From experience I know that when people experience a genuinely non-judgmental, collaborative and trusting environment – something miraculous happens! I am experienced in working safely and effectively with people who have experienced past or recent trauma. I also run workshops and training courses on psychological well-being. I offer professional supervision to other therapists and those working in care-giving roles.

My interest in spirituality means that I am open and attuned to matters of the soul as they present themselves in therapy. I have a gentle and respectful curiosity for the individuality of each human-being.

My goal is to assist you in increasing your self-awareness, to enable you to discover fresh perspectives, to experience healing and to implement practical change. I will draw on a range therapeutic techniques in order that your personal therapy is tailored just for you.

About me and my therapy practice

I am passionate about helping individuals and businesses thrive by supporting mental health initiatives and enhanced emotional intelligence (EQ) in the workplace. My aim as a facilitator is to enable clients to respond to complex challenges and oppositional ideas - ultimately attaining more expansive decision-making and breakthrough outcomes.

My portfolio of courses cover a wide range of themes, including: managing stress effectively, avoiding burnout, transitioning back into the workplace successfully, building resilience, moving beyond impasse in organisations, mindfulness at work, transformative meetings, and mitigating unconscious bias. Whilst working with such topics in depth, I ensure a lightness of touch and sense of humour along with interactive and collaborative approach to training.

I offer specialist psychological support through “Critical Incident Debriefing”. CID is widely used in many sectors including Healthcare, the Armed Forces and Emergency Services; but is applicable to anyone in the wake of sudden or sustained trauma, such as terrorist attack, fire or flooding.

My goal is to inspire and empower clients to reach their full individual and corporate potential.

I work throughout the UK and also offer supervision learning options online.
