About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Integrative therapist, the therapy is based on the relationship between the client and the therapist. Each person is unique, therefore the focus is based on the clients individual needs. I work at the clients pace, offering a 'safe space' in which to work. Confidentiality is key, a platform to work closely to build trust. I support the client in gaining self awareness and realising their potential. An opportunity to talk and learn who they are, who they are becoming, what is achievable, through their own personal experiences, through their perspective.
I offer short and long term therapy in a confidential, comfortable and relaxing space above the library in Boston.
