About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the vortex of everyday life can be overwhelming, and guilt becomes unbearable. Feeling isolated, no time to really see how you feel and what is important to you. Tension, heavy weight, unanswered questions, constant rush and running.
Perhaps gentle and empathetic therapeutic support when searching for peace and fulfilling your own needs is a way to drop the baggage.
Does it feel like endless pressure and a need for rest? Lack of connection with your body, mind, and emotions? I bring in mindfulness and awareness of the body, which can be used in everyday life to recognise your feelings and help to relax. I can support you in unlocking and understanding your emotions, using creative and imaginative ways of working in our sessions together.
With years of personal development, combined with academic study and experience in working with sexual abuse and anxiety. I provide compassionate and nurturing support and aim to establish coping strategies.
I offer face to face sessions, outdoor counselling in agreed natural surroundings as well as online counselling. I provide both, long and short-term counselling sessions, I work with adults and young people 16+. I am bilingual working in both English and Polish.

My first session
On the first session, we would talk about counselling in general and what you would like to get out of the sessions, and if you are happy to continue, we would set up a second session and arrange weekly/fortnightly appointments.
