About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the constant cycle of everyday life becomes overwhelming, especially when feeling isolated with no time to recognise the priorities. Constant pressure and many unanswered questions can be exhausting. Perhaps gentle and empathetic therapeutic support when searching for clarity and peacefulness is the way to drop the baggage.
I offer non-judgemental emotional support; my aim is to hear and understand your important questions and support your journey in finding the answers. I use mindfulness and creative ways of working if feelings are too difficult to express in words. I offer walk & talk therapy; this is when the counselling sessions take place outdoors, walking side by side. At times gentle physical activity helps with releasing tension and inhibition. For clients appreciating the calming effect of being out in the open air during the session without an element of physical movement, I offer outdoor seating in agreed natural surroundings. I gently guide my clients towards recognising their needs and boundaries & learn how to be assertive- striving to establish coping strategies in everyday life.
I offer face to face sessions, outdoor counselling in agreed natural surroundings as well as online counselling. I provide both long and short-term counselling sessions; I work with adults and young people 16+. I am bilingual, working in English and Polish.

My first session
The initial session is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on your aims and goals. We would talk about counselling in general and discuss what you would like to get out of the therapy. If you are happy to continue, we would then set up the following appointment and arrange weekly/fortnightly sessions.
